Job Description:
Hilton is seeking an experienced and driven Account Support Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing support to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account performance and progress - Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts - Proactively seek out ways to add value to client relationships through innovative solutions and services - Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback sessions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in a client-facing role, preferably in account management - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
