Job Description - Account Support Manager

Discovery Limited is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This position is ideal for an individual with 7 years of experience in a similar role and is at a mid-to-senior level in terms of seniority.


As an Account Support Manager at Discovery Limited, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all client needs and expectations are met. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with support and guidance as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.


Key responsibilities of the Account Support Manager include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and developing solutions to meet those needs - Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients - Working with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives - Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and training them on our products and services - Managing client expectations and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services


To be successful in this role, you must possess a dedicated and independent work ethic, as well as strong persuasion skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
