Account Support Manager - Work from home

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management or a related field, you will be responsible for providing support to our key clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Understand and anticipate client needs to provide proactive support - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Manage and track client account information and activity in CRM systems - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist with contract negotiations and renewals - Provide regular reports on client account status and performance

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
