Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at MMI Holdings. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Monitor client activity and engagement to proactively address any potential issues - Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements or enhancements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Reliable and confident personality traits - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment
