Job Description:
Sanlam is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time, work from home position for someone at the mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth within client accounts - Develop and implement strategies to optimize client account performance and drive revenue growth - Monitor and report on key metrics to track account progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client account management processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
