Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa. This is a part-time remote position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority required and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to key accounts in order to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and proposing solutions to meet their goals and objectives - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Developing and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Providing regular reports and updates to management on account status and performance

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in account management or a similar role - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Reliable and confident personality traits - Time management and creativity as soft skills - Willingness to travel as needed - Joining Bonus and Medical coverage benefits
