Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Truworths International is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team on a work-from-home basis in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and accurately. 2. Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects and initiatives. 4. Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services. 5. Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to improve their overall experience with our company. 6. Prepare and present reports on client performance, including key metrics and KPIs. 7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive support to clients. 9. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training and guidance on our products and services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or client support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Resourceful and able to work independently. 6. Decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
