Job Description: Anglo American Platinum is seeking a passionate and confident Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and planning skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities: - Manage and grow customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing exceptional support - Work closely with customers to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Provide regular updates and reports on account status and performance - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is a plus
