Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Adcock Ingram is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the smooth running of operations.


Responsibilities: - Assist with client communication and relationship management - Monitor client accounts and provide support as needed - Analyze data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction - Conduct presentations for clients and internal meetings - Handle any ad-hoc tasks related to account support


Requirements: - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Presentation and analysis skills
