Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Officer to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to support our clients and contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients via phone, email, and online platforms. 2. Assist in managing client accounts, including processing transactions, resolving issues, and providing updates. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities for clients. 4. Prepare reports and presentations for clients to review their portfolio performance. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to better serve clients. 7. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 6. Persuasion skills to cultivate and maintain client relationships. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
