Account Support Officer - Work from home

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is looking for a confident and reliable Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships. 2. Managing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting with account documentation and administrative tasks. 4. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. 5. Monitoring client accounts and ensuring accurate data entry. 6. Assisting with account audits and compliance checks. 7. Providing regular reports and updates to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Experience in people management is a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personality traits: - Confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues. - Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
