Account Support Officer - Work from home

Gold Fields is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with managing client accounts, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities of the Account Support Officer include: - Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
