Job Description: Remgro is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, possess strong decision-making skills, and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account holders regarding inquiries, issues, and escalations - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to accurately assist customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed key performance indicators to ensure high quality customer service
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or account management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
