Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team at Alexander Forbes in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess traits of resilience and reliability, as well as demonstrate strong presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients, including resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of account growth strategies. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support or customer service roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Visa sponsorship, Medical coverage, and Employee discounts.
