Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives 5. Analyze client data and provide insights to improve performance and drive results 6. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 4. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
