Account Support Representative

Barloworld is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Assist in managing client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and updating client information as needed. 3. Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and contract documents. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues they may have. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve billing disputes or other client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proven experience in customer service or account management. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.
