Account Support Representative - Work from home

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Representative to join our team at Old Mutual. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general account maintenance. 3. Conduct research and analysis to identify and resolve customer problems in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and company products to provide informed support to clients. 7. Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong research and analysis skills to quickly identify and solve customer issues. 3. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software. 5.
