Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a highly motivated Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide efficient and timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong time management and organizational abilities. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent education. 7. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
