Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Absa Group Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, work from home position suitable for individuals with an entry-level seniority and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable internet connection and home office setup
