Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Remgro is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing crucial support to our account management team. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts and relationships - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any concerns - Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements - Assist in creating and maintaining client contracts and agreements - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and independent individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all work tasks - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
