Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team at Clicks Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking a confident and resourceful individual with excellent people management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist Account Managers in maintaining client relationships and accounts. 2. Handle client inquiries and provide necessary support and solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. 4. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for client accounts. 5. Support in creating and implementing strategic account plans. 6. Identify opportunities for account growth and retention. 7. Coordinate with finance department for billing and invoicing. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management. 9. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Experience in retail or healthcare industry is a plus.
