Job Description:
Woolworths Holdings is seeking a reliable and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key customer accounts. 2. Manage and update customer account information in the database. 3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts. 6. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with customers. 7. Use planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 8. Act as a liaison between customers and the rest of the company to ensure a seamless experience. 9. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Reliable and driven individual with strong planning skills. 3. Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
