Job Description:
FirstRand is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting in driving the success of our accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and managing account activities. 2. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement strategies to meet client goals and objectives. 3. Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and documents as needed. 4. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 5. Analyze client data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient account operations. 8. Attend client meetings and conferences as needed to represent the company and build relationships.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and passionate about delivering results and exceeding client expectations. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
