Job Description: Adcock Ingram is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Assistant. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing excellent service to our customers in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and providing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information as needed - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding productivity and performance targets set by management - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and adaptable to changing work environments - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Leadership skills to influence customers and colleagues positively
