Call Center Assistant

Job Description: Truworths International is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Assist with customer inquiries, feedback, and problem resolution - Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong listening and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure - Driven and resilient personality traits - Cooperation and innovation soft skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
