Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, have strong strategic planning skills, and be a skilled negotiator.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company's database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with computer systems and software - Availability to work remotely and on a part-time basis
