Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Assistant in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Entry Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Assisting customers with account inquiries, product information, and general concerns - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold customer service standards - Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Working collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Project management and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
