Job Description:
Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring 3 years of experience in a related field. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers over the phone.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with billing and insurance inquiries - Provide accurate and timely information to callers - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication
Requirements: - Adaptability and reliability - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Experience in a call center or customer service role - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
