Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time member of our team at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide updates. 3. Handling customer emails and live chat messages in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while providing excellent service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
