Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Netcare is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual who possesses excellent project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with excellent customer service. 2. Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job performance. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and presentation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
