Job Description:


Massmart Holdings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for a remote work option.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and other related queries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. 7. Adaptable to changing situations and willing to learn new skills. 8. Possess emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to handle challenging customer interactions.
