Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries and concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to provide updates on their accounts - Updating customer information in the database accurately - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the call center - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability and confidence in handling customer inquiries - Negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations effectively
