Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a leading retail company, we are looking for a candidate who is resilient and has a passion for customer service. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers to assist with inquiries, orders, and escalations - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, problem-solving, and offering solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in challenging situations - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed set targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with empathy - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Energetic and positive attitude towards work - Resilience to handle high call volumes and challenging situations
