Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings, a leading retail company in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, is seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers professionally and provide accurate information or assistance. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
