Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Entry Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to their inquiries or issues. 2. Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. 5. Meet established performance standards for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and exceed customer expectations. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities. 6. Must be reliable and punctual. 7. No prior experience required.
