Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Multichoice Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote product or service offerings. 3. Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records in the database. 6. Meeting call volume and quality metrics as set by the company. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. 3. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 4. Critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs. 5.
