Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and procedures - Meet and exceed daily call quotas and quality standards - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and resourceful attitude - Presentation and planning skills - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
