Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Woolworths Holdings is seeking a confident and hardworking Call Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or issues. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or resolve any outstanding problems. 3. Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards a solution to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service and call center efficiency. 6. Demonstrating strong people management skills and leadership qualities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6.
