Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Investec is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a leading financial services provider, Investec is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and partners. The Call Center Associate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service through phone communication.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from clients and provide them with information about our products and services - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, resolution time, and client satisfaction - Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and confident personality - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
