Job Description:
Gold Fields is seeking a driven and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any issues or concerns effectively. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. 4. Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling calls and customer inquiries. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets set by management. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. 8. Must have a quiet and professional home office space with reliable internet connection.
