Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team at Anglo American Platinum. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to all callers and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to upsell products or services when appropriate. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Meet and exceed set targets and goals for call volume and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to negotiate effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a must. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
