Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed. 2. Monitor call center metrics and performance goals, ensuring that they are met or exceeded. 3. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions to issues as they arise. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Handle escalated customer calls and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 6. Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
