Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


MMI Holdings is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics 4. Train and coach call center representatives 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience 7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members 8. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines 10. Develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the call center


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a call center manager or similar position 2. Strong leadership and organizational skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits 6. Problem-solving and negotiation skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
