Job Description:
Remgro is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Call Center Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that our team of customer service representatives deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall call center performance and efficiency - Monitor call center metrics and implement necessary changes to meet and exceed performance goals - Recruit, train, and manage a team of customer service representatives - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and driven personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
