Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Imperial Logistics is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity. 2. Implement and oversee call center operations, including scheduling, training, and quality assurance. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 8. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the call center team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience managing a remote call center team. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 8. Persuasion and innovation soft skills.
