Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Barloworld is currently seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, offering flexibility and work-life balance. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a managerial role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure high performance and productivity levels. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and process improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.

Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. 3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery. 5. Hardworking and driven personality, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. 6. Must be able to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
