Call Center Manager - Work from home

Exxaro Resources is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of remote call center representatives, monitoring call center metrics to ensure targets are met, developing and implementing call center policies and procedures, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and training to employees. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement in the call center operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and independent, with strong negotiation and teamwork skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly and efficiently.
