As the Call Center Manager for Old Mutual, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote call center operations in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in the call center industry at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in the call center industry - Proven track record of successfully managing a call center team - Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Highly adaptable and able to think critically to solve complex problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
