Call Center Officer

Job description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at Aspen Pharmacare in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys - Input and maintain accurate customer information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Meet daily and monthly call volume and quality targets set by management - Continuously improve personal and team performance through ongoing training and skill development

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong leadership and planning skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software - Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
