Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

The Bidvest Group is seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry-Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working closely with our team to support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and address any concerns or complaints. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update client information in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and services to better serve clients.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills and a confident and driven personality. 2. Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries. 3. Persuasion skills to influence positive outcomes in customer interactions. 4. High school diploma or equivalent education. 5. No prior experience required; training will be provided. 6. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to take calls.
